Zipping and unzipping problem in linux

Hi All,
We are transferring file from source to destination.the file is encrypted in source and decrypting and transferring the file from source to destination using sterling integrator .After transferring the file to destination we are seeing issues in unzipping. PFB the error
warning [xxxxx.zip]: 126177 extra bytes at beginning or within zipfile (attempting to process anyway)
start of central directory not found.Zip file corrupt

We are transferring the file only in binary mode
Pls let us know how to resolve this issue

???
what ????

let me get this strait
1) file is an encrypted zip
2) you are UNencrypting the zip and unzipping to do that ) then REZIPPING it unencrypted
3) you are transferring this ( now unencrypted and REzipped) file ( odd that you are moving it over the net UNENCRYPTED )

4) it is now a corrupt rezipped unencrypted file

sterling integrator is basically a bit torrent client
the file you send should have the EXACT same md5 hash as the one being sent

if the steps i posted above ARE what you are doing

send the encrypted archive instead
