Zgemma H7s- Newbie advice please for Kodi

Hi there guys. I have purchased a Zgemma h7s which has the 17.6 kodi built into it as a plug in. However there is no PVR client option, nothing to choose from, and no sub section. So basically as I have seen posts in different forums but can not understand the answers I am trying here as just been advised of you. How can I add the file or whatever I need to add on, to give me the option of choosing a pvr client. I found this post from ages ago, and not sure if this is an android box solution as mine is a zgemma issue. If anyone can help in a simple form I would appreciate it loads. Thank you

Hello and welcome to LQ.

Not sure there is a simple PVR/DVR solution for Linux or Kodi, or at least I've not seen it. To top that off you have a non-x86 system.

The how to's for kodi are on their site. You have a few choices for recording live tv and most involve creating what they call a front end and back end.

Some of these Kodi boxes may not be fully legal. They also may not have pure linux on them. I'd be cautious with any personal data on that.
