xini command line options to start video at a point of time

Hi all,
I would want to know if XINI has any command line option to run a video at a required time. Say, if the video is 5 minutes length and I would want to start it from 3:00 min itself (som +/- delay is okay)..
How can I do that?

Any help would be greatful.

Thanks & regards
Shireesh
