x is giving me trouble with horizontal sync

i've just installed slackware 10.1 on my desktop, im running slack 10.1 on my laptop pretty nicely but my desktop is something else.

x has never given me trouble, but now, its about the
Horizontal Sync or something like that.

i got an HP pavillion, with an M70 monitor, and a 32 mb tnt2 card.

i get this error message:

"the horizsync keyword must be followed by a list of numbers or ranges"

when i look into the xorg.conf file, this is what i got on section monitor

HorizSync 30.0 - 70.0
HorizSync 13619 - 0
VertRefresh 50 - 120

what could be wrong?

if anybody has the same kind of monitor, and a 3 button mouse, send me your xorg.conf file , but still, it be nice to know how to fix it.

help much appreciated.

well i've tried it.

i also forgot to mention that the error is a parse error on line 49, if i erase that line, or comment it, it says the same thing but for line 48

i never thought x was so hard...
