wine debbuger error

I am fairlty ne to wine
I am trying to run the cisco ESIM program on Suse 9.0 pro
when i try to run wine it gives me this:

unhanded exception (thread 0009), starting debugger....
err:seh:start_dugger couldn't start debugger ("debugger/winedbg 8 76") (2)
read wine developers guide on how to set up winedgb or another debugger
err:ntdll:Rtopwiatforcriticalsection section 0x400fde80 "loader .c: loader_section" wait timed out in thread 000a, blocked by 0009, retrying ( 60 sec)
err : seh:EXC_DefauslHandling Unhandled exepton code c0000005 flags 0 addr 0x4000dc3d

I have uninsulated and reinstalled wine more than once
How do I get the debugger to work and is there anything else that I need to do any suggestions would be helpful

Thanks
