Im trying to get Wine configured properly and nothing seems to work. I get an error whenever I try to run Wine:

Warning: could not find wine config [Drive x] entry for current working directory /home/user; starting in windows directory

Ive tried to create directiories (/mnt/tmp,,/user/home/.wine/temp,,etc) and point the x drive path there but it does not make any difference. Ive configured all other drives and this is the only error I get now but nothing seems to change it. Can anyone help? Thanks

Get the .rpm in:

and the configurator:

Install with # rpm -Uvh packpage.rpm

After, type:
# winesetuptk

To configure, it's very easy

I got it configured and working. Oddly though I have to drop .exe. files in my fake_windows directory to get them to install. I could open them anywhere in Redhat. I didnt even know winesetuptk was a separate application. I only installed wine and edited the config file maybe thats the problem. Either way I can use my favorite IRC client now so Im happy.
