windows os over xen?

Hi all
Is there any one who has installed windows 2003 or windows XP over FC6 with XEN using virtual machine manager.
I want to know the steps to install this. I have got fully virtualized system but when i install any guest OS on top of it then after its setup completes, the virtual machine disappears and never starts again.

Thanks
