Try running
Code:
inxi -Nxx
This will show your network cards with chipsets and drivers - assuming that the card is recognised.
Post the result to this forum.

Have you made any relevant changes to your system recently?

Do you see networks when you boot and lose them after resuming from sleep, or never see them?

OK - inxi is not installed - its such a useful bit of software for reporting on hardware/software that many distro's include it by default.
But since you can't install, other commands should be available...
such as some of:-
Code:
ip a
ifconfig
iwconfig
lshw -C network

I have tried all the command one by one. the iwconfig is showing no wirelss extension, I had made some changes in my system that the wifi may work but it (techniques from internet) but all failed. I am showing you the screen shot of the commands.

You will need to connect your PC by ethernet to the internet.
Assuming Deepin [Debian based] is sufficiently similar to my Debian based distro [LMDE],

You should be able to download firmware or drivers from your repositories via synaptic(?) that will allow the wifi to work.
search for a match against BCM43228:-

This should show Package broadcom-sta-dkms to be the one you want.

Do a reboot after install.

The first screenshot shows that the wifi is in a down status. Try putting it in up status:
Code:
sudo ip link set wlp4s0 up
