why nic stuck at 10megabit?


no wifi anywhere; it's not for me

When using arp-scan to find the ATAs (voip) it always shows

It's because you're using the wrong tool. EN10MB is the standard response arp-scan to indicate it is scanning an ethernet network. If you want to know the speed of your NIC use something like ethtool.
