Right now I'm running the Lightning theme, which is mostly turquoise and light grey.
Green is not to bad, and there are several places to load new themes.

art.gnome.org is one, and there are others.

I understand it's not up to everyone's expectations, and I myself grow tired of the server point in Montana that crashes my update stream, but what can you do.
