which distro has the lowest memory requirement ? but need xorg running


which distro has the lowest memory requirement ? but I need xorg running too.

Any distro will do, but you may have to restrict yourself to those that use lightweight desktop environments or window managers e.g. XFCE and Fluxbox. Take a look at distros like ZenWalk and Xubuntu.

You can try puppy, DSL, but I recommend Slackware with fluxbox.
