It contains libflashplayer.so file.
Copy the file to
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/
Code:
sudo cp libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/
restart firefox

And as said by Anisha Kaul, next time open a new thread for your problem.

Kind regards

Then I was trying to install the plug-in, still I'm at a the fail end.
Installing with the downloaded version of flash is the hard way with ubuntu. There are 2 easy ways-

32bit- Use software center or synaptic to install flash . Or use flash-aid-

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/fir...don/flash-aid/

64bit- Use flash-aid (you will only get 32bit flash from the ubuntu repos, and 32bit flash on a 64bit system is more buggy than 64bit flash)

By the way, 9.10 is just about to lose support. You might want to install a newer version, or upgrade. I'd go for 10.04, its 'LTS' (long term support) so for desktop use it is supported for 3 years, normal (non-LTS) releases get 18 months.

Repo and cascade9

By answering the off topic question of the OP you are encouraging his behaviour of posting multiple questions in the same thread.
