[SOLVED] Where to find (and use) "Broken" Filter

I just did a routine update on LinuxMint 21.0 Vanessa and when finished got the message that I needed to run the "Broken" filter. Can't get the new Update Manager until this is done. Where do I find the "Broken" filter and how do I use it? Thank you.
