Where to Add mod_evasive configuration to Apache configuration file.?

I am realy confused where to add mod_evasive Configuration ?

Add it to the end of your main Apache configuration, yes. Since mod_evasive works at the application layer I suggest adding network level traffic limits using the iptables recent and hashlimit modules. Also see mod_security.
