I do not think so.
You will find that ANY computer training (unless you do it yourself) is not cheap at all, especially if you want some form of certification at the end of it.
The only option I can think of is if you're a student at a college or university and their computer departments give courses. But that will depend on the country you are in.
Otherwise it's lots of reading, web searching and experimenting (and joy and frustration, etc, etc.)
