That's great, but do you still want to run DnsCrypt? If so, you should probably remove the package(s), remove the entry in the PPA, and remove any corresponding entry in the Authentication Keys tab.
Then you should decide which PPA suits you best (there are at least a couple on Launchpad - google "PPA DnsCrypt"). When you've chosen one, go to the "Adding this PPA to your system" section at the bottom of the page, select your distro (if you're using Linux Mint 17.1/2/3 then choose "Trusty (14.04)". Then click on "What is this?" beside the signing key and that will tell you how the PPA process works.
