When I open Google Chrome 13 Beta, it says that my profile couldn't be opened correct

This is the second time it happened, last time I deleted my google-chrome directory so it would remake it and I could resync everything up. Is there a way to fix this without deleting my profile over and over again?

First guide I tried, not only did it not work, but it corrupted all of my apps, causing me to delete my google-chrome in my .config file so it'd start all over again. *Sigh* I guess I have to deal with having to reinput all of my information and resync.
