The cifs file system is the Common Internet File System. The line says mount directory /a123/soul into mount point /mnt/cdir3, from the host 192.168.0.7. Presumably this is one of your hosts, and you have a network share.

This is over-the-network mount directive :

/a123/soul - remote host + directory
/mnt/cdir3 - local dir
cifs - filesyste type ( usually used for mounting Windows shared dirs from Linux )
uid=root - user mapping, unknown on Linux side user will be represented as root
credentials=/etc/test - the file containing the Windows user/password definitions
domain=192.168.0.7 - set the user domain
0 - do we need to dump this fs ? No
0 - do we need to fsck this fs ? No
