What file do I burn to create a bootable cd for mandrake linux 10.0 comunity

I downloaded Mandrake Linux 10.0 community and want to put it on a cd so that I can then install it on my system by booting from the cd.

I know that I have to burn the iso file but what 1.

What do I do with the rest of the files?

I am currently running XP home on a 40 gig HD and am going to put in another 40 gig for Linux instead of dual boot.
Celeron 2.4 gig
256 megs of ram
Planning on also installing another 256 along with the new HD.

If someone could tell a very new user exactly what file to put on the cd it would be great.

iso.bin iso.cfg etc....

I have Red Hat 9
Mandrake Linux 10.0 community but I want to install Mandrake because I have read alot about it's good nebie status

I REALLY want to run linux and find out for myself what allthe talk is about.

If possible, not too much trouble, I could give my e-mail and someone could send me a step by step
