Question What does this Snort Sensor Error Mean???

I installed Snort, MySQL, SnortCenter and ACID on RedHat 9.0 (i followed instructions from Steven J. Scotts document on Now i am having a problem with my snort sensor. I get this error message when i try and configure it through my web browser. Sensor Message Error - Access denied for 123.456.789.321 What does this mean and how does a newbie get past this???

Previously it gave me this error message: Sensor Message curl: (7) socket error: 111 (but i managed to reinstall Open SSl, Net_SSLeay and the snort agent and now i get the "error-access denied" statement.) Thanks.
