From within Windows, if you click on a file who's name ends in the .deb extension, Windows media player will play a video of a woman named Deborah undressing in a provocative way.

In Linux a file extension does absolutely nothing, and is only a reference for what the type of a file, the file 'might' be. (see man file)

Craigevil was kind enough to Google the answer for that file type for you..
