Angry Web browsers tend to go 'back' AGAINST MY WILL when moving finger over trackpad

Always happens for seemingly no reason other than moving my finger over the trackpad and it is seemingly impossible to make this happen on purpose. "Mouse gestures" are not enabled and it occurs on both Firefox and Opera (probably any other browser too) so it is quite bewildering but annoying as hell.

Happens often on laptops, mine included. Double-tapping the trackpad is a 'click'. Since they're electrostatic devices, they can get....twitchy. Moving your finger sends two impulses...

Don't know how old yours is, but my two year old laptop is doing the same thing...brushing the mouse will *SOMETIMES* do it...but not all the time.
