hello, whenever i update my clamav virus def i get this :

ClamAV update process started at Thu Jan 6 11:21:36 2005
WARNING: DNS record is older than 3 hours.
WARNING: Invalid DNS reply.
Reading CVD header (main.cvd): OK
main.cvd is up to date (version: 28, sigs: 26630, f-level: 3, builder: tomek)
WARNING: DNS record is older than 3 hours.
WARNING: Invalid DNS reply.
Reading CVD header (daily.cvd): OK

2. How can update the virus def as a normal user.
