usb boot disc?

I am kinda new to linux, and I was wondering if there is a way to make a disc that will tell your computer to boot from usb? This computer doesn't have the boot from usb option in the bios. Hp Omnibook Xe2
I was also wondering which distro would work the best on it.
700Mhtz
192Mb RAM
NO Hard drive.
I had been using puppy linux on a live Cd, but I do not like it very much. Any other suggestions?

You could try checking if there's a newer bios, they may have added 'boot from usb' support

cheers

Plop Bootmanager is what you need bro

I include Plop in almost all my downloads
http://multidistro.com/downloads/current/current.html

it boots usb's on PC's that cant boot usb/usb-cdrom,etc

here LINK> plpbt executable

gurb menu.lst entry for plop

Code:
title Plop
root (hdx,x)
kernel /boot/plpbt
best option 4 you may be 503box-Live
it has plop and runs on my 160MB RAM lappy well
