Urgent


I am not able to update using yum

cmd -- yum update
CRITICAL:yum.cli:Config error: Parsing file failed: File contains parsing errors: file:///etc/yum.conf
[line 13]: This is the default, if you make this bigger yum won't see if the metadata


Please help me with this issue

I notice that posted a duplicate of this post to an almost ten year old thread.

Did you read the thread and try the suggestions included in it? When you did so, what was the outcome?

Also, please note that LQ members are volunteers. Note that "Urgent" is not a very helpful subject line. A better subject line would one that conveys some information about the nature of the problem, such as "Parsing errors with yum update." Also, that something is urgent to you does not make urgent to anyone else;

Nothing on this forum is urgent.
