Thumbs up upgrading kubuntu


I want to upgrade/update kubuntu, but i wish to have some file, i download in windows and then execute in kubuntu to upgrade it, (bcs i hav to send it a place, there is no internet available)

Try aptoncd. It is in the ubuntu repositories.
