uninstalling redhat 9.0


i just installed redhat 9.0 on my laptop. i have since decided i would rather have it on my desktop. but now i cant figure out how to format the hard disk of my laptop. is there an easy way to take linux off the laptop and reformat the drive? thanks very much

Would you want to reformat the drive for a particular purpose? - are you thinking of installing Windows on to it?

With some bootable disk

boot into disk

then fdisk

Boot off the windows install CD, choose to install windows, and when it comes to partitioning time, erase all partitions and create one big windows partition.

The windows partition tool isn't easy to understand, but you can figure it out
