I have installed unreal tournament under RedHat and had it running in software rendering mode no problem

today I finally got 3d hardware acceleration working with Mandrake 9

and now....?

unreal tournament WILL NOT install
i have the correct install script for the 436 GOTY version

but it throws up the mount cd1 in cdrom box
and will not see the disk
i have tried different desktops, i have tried both cd drives , automount is turned on so the cd IS mounted and i have tried as root

nothing works
