Unable to decrypt LVM volume on Debian

Hello,
I just cleaned my laptop, but afterwards it didn't behave like it did before, because I couldn't decrypt my harddrive anymore

I get the following messages:
Volume group xx not found
Skipping volume group xx
Unable to find LVM volume xx/root
Volume group xx not found
Skipping volume group xx
Unable to find LVM volume xx/swap_1
Please unlock disk sda5_crypt:
No key available with this passphrase

I'm sure that the passphrase is correct. How could I fix this error?

Please boot from live media and post the output from "lsblk -f". (Only the portion about the disk in your laptop is relevant, but I can't be sure which drive that might be when you are running from live media.)
