UNable to connect linux server


Hi,
i'm unable to connect to linux server jmx connection from eclipse which is running on windows.i'm getting connection refused error.

do you know if UFW is active on the server? May need to allow ssh through ufw.
What is the output for nmap? Has it ever worked for you in the past? If so any changes since then?
can you share the output for:
ps -ax | grep ssh

Firewall is diabled.
the command netstat -nat | grep :7166 gives the following result.

Doesn't look like anything wrong there unless im missing something. Have you looked in the ssh_config file?
