Nowhere near enough information to go on here. What kind of wireless card is it (i.e. make, model, and chipset)? Do you have a driver for it? Can you see the device at all in network manager?
If you don't know the answer to my first question, copy the output of "lspci" (no quotes, run in a terminal) and someone should be able to ID the device.
