Ubuntu Ethernet Interface up/ Down?


I have Ubuntu 9.04 whose ethernet interface goes up and down after every 5 mins.I have a Wired DSL Modem Broadband connection.Please suggest.

Any pointers in the logs?
Take a look at disconnect when idle in the conf files,
