Ubuntu 12.04 upgrade destroys network

Wait a minute... now I am confused. I read over the bug report link EDDY1 posted early on and from that is what I went on. So thats not the case here?? I see coincidences though as the bug link describes Lubuntu upgrade and @WantLinuxHelp is talking about LXDE on Ubuntu so something is missing he needs from LXDE dependencies!

Same bug all link to same problem will post more bugs which lead to notification-daemon & I will also post the 1 that was lxde DE which led me to that solution

His solution was to Downgrade notification daemon though.
