Trying to print from rasp pi using cups

1- Cups sees my network printer but does not see the USB printer
lsusb does display the printer.

2- I cannot find the IP address of the network printer.
Advanced IP Scanner does not show it.

Could you provide a little more info:

- What version of linux are you using on the Pi ?

- Which printing method do you want to use (network or USB) ?

- Details on the printers (makes, models, etc.)

- Does anything else get recognized on the USB port ?

... let's start with that ...

For the IP address of the printer, you could check your router's connection info for that.
