Toolchain for freescale iMX 21

Dear all,
I want to configure, install ,and download toolchain for freescale iMX 21.Actually freescale site says that pre compiled toochain is available on their site .But It is not there after exhaustive search.

shall i need Build root utility...?which toolchain I should use?

Guys I would be really happy if u willl help me out.
