Terminal Server access from Linux

Hey guys,

I'm going away for the weekend and will only be able to bring my laptop that has the latest release of Ubuntu on it.

My question is: will i be able to access my company's Terminal Server site (https://ts1.companyname.com) from browser in Linux, and be able to launch the applications? (Outlook, etc.) Seems to connect to Windows Server 2008.

If this works in Linux, that would make my life a lot easier..

It works fine for me at our work. I can ssh in and then launch an RDP client (like rdesktop) and it works fine. However, I haven't been able to get rdesktop to work through VPN (well, I should say I haven't been able to get VPN working correctly). So I'd try it out, but I think you have a good chance.
