telnet auto starts on terminal

ok....this is the most n00bish question ever. About a year ago i set telnet to login to my favorite MUD (towers.angband.com 9999) when i opened a terminal window. I don't remember how I did it, muchless how to undo it.

This is on my OS X machine.
