Superkaramba install fail sanity check?

I want to install Superkaramba but when I do the

Code:

./configure

I get the following output:

checking how to run the C++ preprocessor... /lib/cpp 
configure: error: C++ preprocessor "/lib/cpp" fails sanity check
See `config.log' for more details.

Should I either remove and reinstall or update the /lib/cpp? Any ideas?

Just in case someone runs into this one as well: I did not find out what the problem is, but I did a google ( English language allows for the conversion of any noun into a verb at our leisure, which I am taking advantage of ) an I found this.

In short, I installed gcc-c++ and all was well......errrrrrrrrr, well, at least until the next dependency problem.

I was having the problem too, after some package uninstallations. I must have removed the kernel-header files by accident, so I reinstalled them using swaret:

>>swaret --install kernel-headers

Problem fixed (mine, anyways). Hope this helps.
