Strange Artifacts on Zorin OS Display Manager

On my system, When I boot up the OS, There are strange artifacts that keep appearing on the display manager. But when I log in, the system acts almost perfectly normal. I am using a AMD Radeon RX 570. I've also tried lightdm but the artifacts appear there to and when I log in the computer shows a bunch of scrambled graphics and doesn't go to the desktop enviroment.

This is a stab in the dark, but it might help if you could post a picture or describe the artifacts in more detail. If you click the "Go Advanced" button beneath the compose post windows, you will see a dialog for uploading an attachment.
