Evolution is an e-mail and calendar client. What is "evaluation"?
To set up a normal e-mail account, there is a menu item to create a new account. You need to know the names of the incoming and outgoing servers, and the protocol being used---eg POP, IMAP, etc. As I understand it, Evolution will do some of what MS Outlook does---but not all.
