sshd server not listening to port 22

The thing is.. I have cross compiled the linux source and put into my embedded system(ARM processor)..All things working fine..even I can ssh to other systems without any problem..Telnet is also working in both the ways..but no one can ssh to my system..I think I missed those script files..

May be I am not able to put my problem in proper technical words becos of lack of knowledge in this field..

Sorry ..if i am irritating u..agree its my mistake..could have tel before only..((I am struggling in this from so many days..may be loosing hope..))..
