It will be difficult to provide you with any meaningful answers until you provide details of your hardware and OS.
If you know what kind of sound card/chip your machine has in it as well as what distribution you are using, and what software (Alsa, OSS, Pulse) you are using to try to get your sound working.
For starters if you (as root) issue the command: dmesg you should see many lines that describe the initialization of your hardware at boot, that would be a good start.
Another command would be lspci -vv and then (as with dmesg) post the parts that describe your sound hardware.

Since you can hear from headphones, i dont think its a driver problem did you try adjusting volume levers??? Not just the master volume but clicking on the "mixer" button gives you more options.

Here is a good howto for Intel HDA sound controllers:
HdaIntelSoundHowto
It's not difficult and if you are methodical and follow it probably you'll very soon have your sound working. It's written for Ubuntu but should be useful for your Fedora install, I assume you will need to use su and not sudo to work as root user, and the package manager and names of the tools and kernel headers will be different but with a little adaptation it's a good general howto.

i try follow the instruction but as right now i stuck.
1- there are no build-essential, libncurses-dev and linux-headers-`uname -r` in fedora respo
2- when i try to "./configure --with-cards=hda-intel --with-kernel=/usr/src/linux-headers-$(uname -r)" it give me this

Like I said "names of the tools and kernel headers will be different but with a little adaptation"....
I don't use fedora so don't know the specific names, but you could use your package manager to find the kernel headers and other things you need. If you're not sure what you need there are bound to be some pointers at fedora's forums and wiki
