snmpd service starting

Hi..

I have fedora 14. I installed snmp v3. I need to start snmpd service. After entering the command " service snmpd start", I got the output as

"service snmpd start
Starting snmpd: /bin/bash: line 1: 2605 Segmentation fault (core dumped) /usr/sbin/snmpd -LS0-6d -Lf /dev/null -p /var/run/snmpd.pid

[FAILED]

Any help would be appreciable..

Thanks in advance.......
