Shortcut to open bash

Hi, i'm using debian (gnome). I have installed konsole, and I would like to create to create a shortcut ALT-F3 that would open a konsole window. I'm bored of pressing alt-f2 then typing konsole and enter or navigating through the menus..

Any idea how I could do it?
Thank's!

Have you tried right-clicking on the desktop/panel and seeing what options there are?
