Setting icons for file types

Hello,

I was wondering if I could set an icon for specific file types. Right now I can only custom set an icon for a specific file. Im trying to set a specific icon for all avi files, rm/ram files, .mov files etc.
Im using Fedora Cora 3

Thanks all.

Assuming you are using KDE:

1. open Konqueror
2. goto Settings -> Configure Konqueror ... -> File Associations
3. choose the file type you want to change from the list and change the icon
4. restart Konqueror

Hope this helps
