Question Screen Command

I know that if you type in the command screen it will create a session that you can come back to just in case you close out the window or get disconnected or what not. I know that to get back to that session, you type in screen -x. My question is, if you do this more then one time, what would the command be to jump between each session and how would I know if there is more then one session going if someone else did this as well? Thank you in advanced for your time and help!

as per the manpage (hint hint) the -ls option will show the list of current sessions and the -r option will let you reattach to a specific session.
