sar report is showing %idle as zero


Hi

Sar report is showing cpu idel as zero all the time. When i see all cpu's there is not really cpu load.


sar -P ALL is showing below

10:00:01 AM all 93.49 0.27 5.51 0.73 0.00
10:00:01 AM 0 4.64 0.01 0.20 0.02 95.12
10:00:01 AM 1 1.15 0.00 0.14 0.02 98.68
10:10:01 AM all 60.65 2.26 30.83 6.27 0.00
10:10:01 AM 0 0.53 0.03 0.27 0.05 99.11
10:10:01 AM 1 0.27 0.00 0.14 0.03 99.55

Why all is showing 0. Thanks in advance.
