Samba server on WinNT domain

Trying to set up a Samba server on a WinNT domain and be able to have users from Windows workstations connect to the Samba server without being prompted for the password but still be authenticated for use. I've tried different configurations but can't get the WinNT users to even connect to the Samba server. I've added the server to the domain but all access to it uses a windows log username is denied. Can anyone take the time to help me out?

did u setup samba users?

if not just make mirror the NT users to samba users:

# smbpasswd -a user

just do that for each account you want.

Did you use security = domain in your SMB.conf?

Have you set proper permissions on the directories?

Post your smb.conf file here for us to check.
