RPM question

When I install RPM of automake16 in FC3 CDROM occur a error "Package Not Found"(Unlocatable Package:automake;Required by:'automake16' '1.6.3' '5').I am installing it but it do not find itself, why? I has installed automake17.1.7.9-5.noarch.rpm already. Is this reason of this error?

Thanks for you help!

You are downgrading automake. Leave it alone unless you have a reason to do so.

If you have a reason, then rpm -e automake, and then rpm -ivh automake.
