RHEL Cluster Procedure in rebooting

I cannot start CMAN in test2-c so I am planning to reboot it. Will there be an issue on test1-c? Will the db2 be transferred back to test2-c?

Have you checked with Redhat support? As Redhat is a pay-for distribution their support team should be able to help with your question.
